1. Refund Policy

  • All  products are final sale; no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for garment products within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging.

3. Delivery Information

  • In-Valley Delivery: Orders within the valley will be delivered within 1-2 days.
  • Outside-Valley Delivery: Orders outside the valley will be delivered within 4-5 days.
  • We offer free delivery on all orders across Nepal.

4. Process for Initiating an Exchange

  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

5. Non-Eligible Items

  • The following items are non-exchangeable:
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days for a prompt exchange.
