2. Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange for garment products within 2 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging.
3. Delivery Information
- In-Valley Delivery: Orders within the valley will be delivered within 1-2 days.
- Outside-Valley Delivery: Orders outside the valley will be delivered within 4-5 days.
- We offer free delivery on all orders across Nepal.
4. Process for Initiating an Exchange

- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
5. Non-Eligible Items
- The following items are non-exchangeable:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
